Most packages should arrive on your doorstep in 3 - 10 business days.
**All customers who pay extra for rush orders must make note (as well as regular orders) that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
APO FPO (All other U.S. Military) Please read As of Nove 1, 2004 we can NO longer accept orders that are being shipped to APO or FPO addresses due to the U.S. Postal Inconsistent Service. All orders received with an APO or FPO address will be cancelled immediately. We appologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Cancelling / Forwarding Orders
jus-leather.com reserves the right to canel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities. Customers will be charged a fee of $10.00 to re-route a package once it has been released to our carrier. Due to or volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts, please call to cancel any orders within 1 - 12 hours, however we cannot promise we will be able to locate and cancel your package. There will be a $10.00 charge for all cancelled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment.
Our goal is to provide each of our customers with total satisfactions with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for exchange or store credit within 5 business days of your receipt. No item that is damaged, soiled, or worn will be accepted for exchange or credit. We thank you for the opportunity to show you how much we can save you. There is no reason to pay retail when you can pay far less by making your purchase here from us.
Sales Tax:
jus-leather.com currently only charges sales tax If you live in the state of California. Jus' Leather complies with all laws in regard to sales tax.
Pricing:
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Due to possible information misrepresentations, we may correct typographical and printing errors related to prices at any time. Customers should be aware that product prices can and do fluctuate as a result of a supplier changing their pricing. Jus' Leather has no control over any supplier's pricing policies and therefore cannot guarantee any item will remain any particular price for any period of time.
