SHIPPING How do you determine your shipping charges?Our policy is to break even on shipping and handling charges. You will see your total for shipping when you check out depending on where you live and what the “real time” shipping prices are at that moment. Typically, higher dollar amounts equate to a heavier package. We prefer to keep both our products and shipping costs as low as possible so you can benefit from the savings.Some e-commerce companies offer free shipping on every order. In general their item prices are increased enough to cover this very real and substantial cost. There really is no such thing as "free shipping."
Do you offer international shipping? No, sorry this is not an option at this time. Can I track my order? I'm wondering about my shipping status.Yes. You can track your order online by clicking the "order tracking" link on the bottom of every page. Enter your order number, and we will track your order for you.**If available, a tracking link will appear with your shipping confirmation. Will you ship to a PO BOX, wires, or checks?No, we do not accept PO BOX address, wires, or checks. AVAILABILITY
My size in an item was unavailable. Will you get more?Due to the suppliers for my stock sometimes an items size will be sold out. Usually they will be coming on a shipment soon. We will do everything in our power to make sure you get what you want as soon as possible. Again though it all depends on our suppliers.An item that I ordered later became unavailable. Why? Due to our suppliers choices some items may be discontinued without our always getting a timely notification which makes it hard for us to remove that item from our site all the time. However this is a very rare occurance. Shopping Online How do I place an order online? Search through our many leather products on the various pages. Once you find the item you’d like simply click “add to cart” and your item will be added. If you are only getting one item click on “check out” and follow the directions. If you want to add more simply click on the site page you’re looking for such as “Men’s Vests” or there is also a “continue shopping” button. LEATHER SIZING How do I know what size chaps I wear? Chaps are based on your upper thigh size. Chaps should sit approximately 2 inches below your crotch, no one is exactally that same as another person so it's always approximate. Chaps have an adjustable waist and length, so don't be scared if you've never worn them before. It just takes a very simple measurement. So go get a tape measure and measure the "thickest" part of your upper thigh (which will be approximately 2 inches below your crotch). Now check with our sizing page for find your perfect size. How do I know what size leather pants I wear? Pant are sized different that chaps. For leather pants you'll want to order the next size large then what you normally wear as all leather pants run on the small size. How do I find my leather coat or vest size? For a man it is pretty simple for the ladies it's a little harder as leather runs small for ladies sizing. So make sure you check our sizing charts accurately. It's easier to think bigger sizing wise if you're a woman rather then smaller as you don't want to have to exchange it for the proper size later.
